Shipping & Handling
Orders will be shipped C.P. (Canada Post), except for Drop Shimpents, all Drop Shipments will be shipped from California UPS. All customers within Canada and the USA will receive their orders within 2-3 weeks. International customers will receive their orders within 3 weeks. All customers who wish to have their order sent express, for an additional $12.00 charge can receive their order within 1 week. Simply check the "express post" option on your order form when placing your order with us. Shipping charges are determined by the total amount of your order as seen in the charts below:
Express Delivery Service
All Express orders will be received within 5 Business Days for an Additional $12.00 charge
Backorders & Delays
No item ordered will be placed on backorder, as all of our merchandise is always in stock. If an unforeseen delay does occur in your order, you will be notified via email as to the cause of the delay and when you should expect to receive your order, or if the order has been cancelled. Cancellations occur if the style number that you have ordered has been discontinued or if there are any other unforeseen difficulties with your order.
Drop Shipments
All Shoes & Boots are Drop Shipped directly from our supplier in California, USA. There is no additional charge for this service. All Drop Shipments will be sent out UPS.

Sales Tax Within Canada
The Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 7% is collected on all orders. If you live in the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick or Newfoundland, then we must collect the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 15% instead of the GST.

Shipping Time
Customers will receive their orders within 3 weeks depending on where they live. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Airmail. All orders traceable. If you would like to obtain the tracking number simply send us an email requesting the tracking number and we will send it to you immediately.
